Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at A&M Bridal. We strive to provide you with the best products and services to make your wedding day truly special. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options for returns and exchanges.

  1. Customized Dresses:

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on dresses that have been customized to your specific measurements or with any other modifications. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

  2. Bridesmaid's Dresses:

    • Bridesmaid's dresses can be exchanged, subject to the following conditions:
      • An exchange fee of $30 will be charged for each dress being exchanged.
      • The dress must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
      • The dress must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  3. Store Credit Returns (Dresses under $1000):

    • For dresses priced under $1000, we offer store credit returns, subject to the following conditions:
      • The return must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the dress.
      • A restocking fee of $75 will be deducted from the store credit.
      • The dress must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  4. All Sales Final:

    • For all other purchases, including dresses over $1000, all sales are considered final. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in these cases.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within the specified timeframes mentioned above to notify us of your return request.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
  3. Pack the dress securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any additional items that came with the dress.
  4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package back to our designated address using a traceable and insured shipping method.
  6. Once we receive the returned dress and verify its condition, we will process your return or exchange accordingly.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
