I gladly accept returns on qualifying items.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- International Sales
- Cost of item is over $650
Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We also ask for a $75 restocking fee for returns on dresses.
Every gown is a little bit different - and bridal sizing can be tricky. Please be sure to double check your measurements against the sizing on the listing you are interested in.
Every gown has a different timeline - please contact me if you have a specific date you need your dress by and I can let you know for sure if it will be done in time.
